1、 Technical requirements for wooden cases

2、 Box making operation procedures and basic requirements
1. Basic requirements for wooden case packaging
1. The requirements for case making and packing shall be in accordance with gb7284 standard for export wooden cases and JB / t2862 technical standard for steam turbine packaging
2. The configuration of auxiliary skids is generally based on the width of skids less than 50mm, such as
The skid is 150mm and the auxiliary skid is 100mm wide
The skid is 200mm and the auxiliary skid is 150mm wide
If there are special requirements, it shall be implemented according to the requirements of the drawing. For auxiliary skid splicing, the allowable splicing material length shall not be less than 900mm, and the number of splicing heels shall not exceed 4
3. The bottom skid room is equipped with bracing, which is usually configured according to the size of longitudinal beam. If there are special requirements, it shall be configured according to the drawing.
4. In the process of making the base. The reserved hole law is direct 23mm
5. The angle dimension of blunt edged wood material shall not exceed 20% of the wood width
The transverse bending of curved wood materials shall not exceed 1% and the longitudinal bending shall not exceed 2%

3、 Operation process of outer frame
1. The structural form of the outer frame (outer waist) is composed of side wall longitudinal beam, middle stop and box plate.
2. The wall height is less than or equal to 500mm, equipped with longitudinal beam.
3. 500mm < wall height < 2000mm, equipped with longitudinal beam. Middle gear (50 * 100mm)
4. 2000mm < wall height < 2700mm, equipped with longitudinal beam. Middle gear (50 * 100mm) second gear
5. 2700mm < wall height, equipped with longitudinal beam. Middle gear (50 * 100mm) third gear
6. Roof structure form: Top square (brace), approach board, fiberboard (bamboo plywood), waterproof plastic cloth layer and cover plate. Generally, the size of the top square (brace) is configured according to the size of the longitudinal beam. The number of top square (brace) is determined according to the length of the box. Generally, the top square (brace) is 800mm.
7. Requirements for top cover approach plate: 1200mm box width b, 2200mm gear. 2200mm box width b, 2200mm gear. The approach slab is 18mm thick and 200mm wide. The length of the approach slab is configured according to the total length of the box.
8. Skid docking. A whole log shall be used as far as possible. If the length is not enough, butt joint can be adopted. The docking position cannot be near the middle of the length or at the starting point. The docking positions of each skid shall be staggered. The butt joint of the skid is made of a 50mm thick plate with a length of about 2500 and connected with M16 bolts.
9. Butt joint of side wall: the butt joint position shall be staggered, and the lap plate shall be connected at the splice. The length of the lap plate is generally 1500mm, the thickness is 25mm, and the width is configured according to the size of longitudinal beam and middle gear.
10. The base skid room is equipped with bracing. It is usually configured according to the longitudinal beam. Special requirements are configured according to the figure.
11. For the outer frame packaging box with a wall height of more than 2350mm, 30mm thick wooden strips (30 * 50mm) shall be pasted under the top (brace) on both sides of the side plate. At the operation position, add 15mm under the top (brace) position.

4、 Outsourcing and internal operation procedures
1. The wall height is less than or equal to 500mm, equipped with longitudinal beam.
2. 500mm < wall height < 1700mm, equipped with longitudinal beam. Middle gear (50 * 100mm)
3. 1700mm < wall height < 2000mm, equipped with longitudinal beam. Middle gear (50 * 100mm) second gear

5. Structural form of top cover: it is composed of top square (brace), fiberboard (bamboo splint), waterproof plastic cloth layer and cover plate (splint). Top square (brace) configuration: generally set according to the length or width of the splint. The number of top square (brace) is determined according to the length of the box. Generally, the top square (brace) is 800mm. The length of the box is set as 610mm. The cover plate (splint) shall be laid in the long direction. However, when the box length is long and the box width is less than 1200mm. It can be laid along the box width.
6. The splice of splint shall be padded with plastic hollow plate (150mm wide).
7. Straight pipe box, cover box, packing box with product weight of more than 15 tons, and packing box with wall height of more than 2340 mm or special requirements on packaging shall be made according to the outer frame structure.

5、 Operating procedures for inner frame
1. According to the export standard of steam turbine packaging.
2. It consists of side wall, longitudinal beam and cross beam. It is composed of crossbar, column and box plate.
3. According to the length or width of the packing box, the frame can choose the centralized structure form: internal bracing, diagonal bracing, X-type and 2x type, etc.
4. The length of the wooden box is generally spaced at about 1200mm, the height of the box plate is about 650mm, the frame is supported by columns, the height of the box plate is about 1200mm, and the frame is supported by inclined support or X-type. The height of the plate is about 1500mm, and the frame is made of inclined support or X-type and 2x type according to the structural drawing of common inner frame.
5. In principle, the top square (brace) shall be evenly arranged, and the spacing between the top square (brace) shall be 610mm. In order to consider the stress of lifting, it can be at the position of the lifting rope.
6. After assembling the side wall of the top cover, nail the top square (brace), support beam (50 * 75mm), equipped with bottom layer plate, second layer of cover plate (15mm plywood), waterproof plastic cloth (second layer) and other operating procedures one by one. Generally, the width of the box bottom is more than 2400mm, and the support beam is equipped with two layers.
7. The wooden box is connected with the skid. A whole log shall be used as far as possible. If the length is not enough, butt joint can be adopted. The docking position cannot be near the middle of the length or at the starting point. The docking positions of each skid shall be staggered. The butt joint of wooden case packing skid is made of 50mm thick plate with a length of about 2500, and connected with M16 bolts.
8. A ventilation window is installed on the side of the second wall. If it is required to open the observation window, a ventilation window is installed on the side of the wall. The side wall opens the ventilation window. The observation window is fixed with screws near the center of the side wall, and the height depends on the wall, so as to check the condition of the hygrometer in the box.
9. Height of brace in the frame: 50 * 75mm material below 1250
Height of brace in the frame: 50 * 100mm material for above 1250
10. Stacking support (sky fall support)
Generally, it is formulated according to the length or width of the splint: 4 for the box length less than or equal to 3120mm, 6 for the box length less than or equal to 4880mm, and 8 for the box length more than 4880mm.
Wall height of materials for stacking support: 50 * 100mm materials for 1000mm and below
Wall height of materials for stacking support: 75 * 100mm materials above 1000mm
